The pdf patterns include the written pattern and a crochet chart - giving you both options to guide you through this wonderful blanket. The patterns also include a size chart which gives you the required starting chain number for various sizes of blanket (use as a guide only - exact measurements cannot be guaranteed).

An unusual twist on the normal crochet rules gives this blanket a different look to a standard crochet ripple blanket (hence the Rebellion).
