Product Description
A simple knitting pattern to knit three Jingly Robin decorations to hang on the Christmas tree.
Using only knit stitch, this design is perfect for nervous knitters, and illustrated 'how to knit' instructions are included. Our easy-to-follow step-by-step instruction 'recipe' takes you through every stage of knitting, making up and decorating the robins- an ideal easy project to start children (or adults!) knitting.
To make three soft robins, you will need: A pair of 4mm knitting needles, a ball of chunky yarn in red and tan (Hayfield Bonus Chunky in Light Natural and Signal Red), three pairs of toy safety eyes (black, 9mm), darning needle, stuffing, cotton and felt. You can also add a small ball-shaped bell to each so you can make your birdies jingle when you give them a gentle shake.
Each jingly robin measures approximately 9cm by 13cm when finished.
