Ioana Cardigan

The Ioana Cardigan is a cropped, tie V-neck worked in elegant Iris Stitch (2 tr, ch 1, 2 tr). This stitch is open and lacy, making it an ideal light layer for summer or even a cute coverup for the beach! The full-length sleeves and tie neck create a breezy boho look that is sure to pair well with dresses, jeans and skirts.

The body panels are worked flat whilst the sleeves are worked in the round to produce a seamless finish. The stitch pattern is repetitive and really mindful, so you’ll have the individual parts made in no time.

It is a beginner-friendly pattern, so Ioana is perfect for total beginners or experts alike!

Bust sizes given as XS (S, M, L, XL, 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X): 80 (90, 104, 114, 124, 134, 144, 154, 164) cm requiring 928 (1016, 1121, 1237, 1360, 1513, 1706, 1937, 2110) metres of DK-weight cotton yarn (any plant fibre will achieve a similar drape).
