Here's My Heart Afghan

Crocheted hearts sewn to textured squares give this afghan its country look. The squares are made in various colors using an alternating single crochet, double crochet stitch, then a black border is added. The hearts are crocheted separately and sewn onto the front. This warm and snuggly afghan would make a great gift for someone dear to your heart!

Finished size is 54” (137 cm) x 72” (183 cm). GAUGE: 8 sts = 4”, 10 rows = 24” in pat st. An assembly diagram is included.
