Great service

I've been using Sirdar/Hayfield yarns for decades, but have in recent years noticed a decided slump in quality. I got three rows into a sweater for my son, when the yarn length came to an end, as though it had been wound on as an afterthought. Not what one would expect from a well known brand. It's also very rough now, again a detrimental difference in quality. Other than these issues, Lovecrafts can't be faulted for customer service. I was kept informed of order from vendor to fast delivery....

Sirdar/Hayfield yarns have sadly gone down the brae. Yarn now has an extremely rough handle, with quite a few knots in it. Lovecrafts on the other hand, keep you informed every step of your purchase, from vendor to delivery. .
