You'll need fingering weight yarn in 2 colors; 1 skein in each color; approx*.* 480 m / 525 yds of fingering weight yarn: 300 m / 328 yds of C1 and 180 m / 197 yds of C2. The sample shawl used The Yarn Lab Uk 4ply Sock (75% Merino, 25% nylon; 425 m / 465 yds per 100 g) in Hogsmeade in the Snow (C1) and Araucania Ranco Solid (75% wool, 25% nylon; 344 m / 376 yds per 115 g) in PT485 (C2).
