Gentle Ribbing

This sock came about over a lot of trial and error to find the perfect balance between great fit, and easy and fun to knit. We all know ribbing helps keep the sock hugging the foot, but it’s tedious to knit. A line of ribbing running the entire length from cuff to toe, plus a purled gusset, means a sock that embraces the entire foot, with just enough detail to keep the knitting interesting.
