Floret

Floret is a botanically inspired trapezoid shaped shawl/wrap that starts with a brioche leaf motif that transitions to a simple lace pattern and ends with a dramatic brioche flower edging.

This shawl begins at the center back and is worked down as a triangular shawl, then the two sides are split and worked separately

yarn3 color version (pink): Handmaineknits Single Ply; 415 yds / 380 m per 100 g; 100% superwash merino. LC1 - 2 skeins in Foxglove, DC1/LC4 - 1 skein in Marigold, DC4 - 33 g in Rosebud

gradient version (teal): Marianated Yarns Scrumptious HT; 400 yds per 100 g; 80% superwash merino 10% cashmere 10% nylon. One 100 g. skein and One Six Pack Perfection Gradient Set of six mini skeins at approx.133 yds / 122m (33 g) each (total of 800 yds)

needles Size 4 US / 3.5 mm circular needle, 32” / 80cm long. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge. Gauge will affect yardage needed.
