Floral Flutters Cowl

Floral Flutters is a bright, spring themed cowl knit using a cotton mix yarn in dk weight and four vibrant colours. The cowl is knit length-ways in the round, so there is no wrong side, and the two ends are then seamed to form a cowl. It incorporates six different sections using a variety of stitches; including Fair Isle (stranded), stripes, an eyelet rib and a lacy effect!

Finished size: Circumference (length) 149cm/59in; Width 16.5cm/6.5in.

The cowl could easily be lengthened or shortened by extending or shortening the number of rounds worked in the different sections; or could become a scarf if the ends were not seamed together.

Yarn: I used Stylecraft Malabar DK Cotton with Silk; however, unfortunately, this yarn has now been discontinued.  As an alternative I would suggest Sirdar Cotton DK (100% cotton) in Cobalt, Black Violet, Sapling and Hot Pink.
