Fiordifelce

Fiordifelce is started with an i-cord tab, then continued as a normal triangular shawl with lateral increases and central double increases. Lateral i-cords give a finished look with no effort. The shawl is covered in a filigree of leaves and flowers over a dark background. The background is worked with two yarns held together and the motif is obtained using only one of the two yarns. The shawl body is not complex and decorated by vertical lines and some small “leaves” while the big final border needs more attention but it’s worth the effort, because it creates the most intricate, delicate and magical result. Like finding a fern flower!
