Fifteen Hundred Mini Shawl

My ‘Fifteen Hundred’ Mini Shawl is the perfect little accessory and such a fun little knit! And once you get into the rhythm of the textured pattern, it’ll be a super relaxing knit too. The fabric is pretty much reversible and has a lovely three dimensional quality. The design is inspired by a collage I made out of photographs of a building I love called ‘Torre America’s 1500’ in Guadalajara Mexico, by Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos.

Yarn - you need approx. 239m of DK weight yarn

Needles - Whatever DK weight yarn you choose to use, use the needle size required to get the standard ball band tension of 22 sts x 30 rows to 10cm / 4in

Sample one (grey) is worked in Rowan Alpaca Soft DK and required 4mm / UK 8 / US 6 needles of choice for working flat Sample two (green) is worked in Rowan Pure Cashmere and required 3.75mm / UK 9 / US 5 needles of choice for working flat
