Fall Pumpkin Decorations

Size: depending on yarn size ~ 3” tall x 12” circumference

~ 50 yds (#4) medium weight yarn

Knitting Needles Size US 8 (5mm)

Yarn Needle for sewing in ends

Small amount of Stuffing

A small cinnamon stick or found stick

Glue

Gauge: is not important for this pattern.

Pattern notes: The only stitches used in this pattern are the knit stitch and the purl stitch. The pumpkin is knit flat and then stitches are gathered on one end, sewn up the side and stuffed, and then beginning stitches are gathered and secured to achieve the look of a pumpkin. The stick is then glued into place to finish.
