Fairy Princess for AG , Gotz Dolls

Another of my own designs to knit a short Fairy Dress , panties , wings , shoes and Tiara .

DESIGNER’S NOTES :. The skirt of dress are made up from 5 petals that join together at lower waist . The bodice and sleeves knit in one piece . There are 3 buttons as back closure .The wings made up from a big and smaller petal join together . At the center  is a button hole at both top and bottom edge so that the wings can attach to the buttons of the dress . It can be easily detached from dress to wash separately from dress .

The bodice of dress has 2 variations : Waist with pattern stitch and the 2nd using self pattering yarn .

.SUPPLIES NEEDED :Any Double Knit yarn or weight 3 . I used Style craft Special DK 100 gm x 1King Cole Cosmos about 10 - 12 gmPatons Fab 25 gm x 1 skein for wings + TiaraMy tester used :Baby Bee Sweet Delight Baby + Premier Yarns Enchant Disco Ball.

• For the waist and bodice of Option 2 I used King Cole Splash D.K about 25 - 30 gm panties included .
• Size 3.50mm knitting needles for skirt piece and either 2 double pointed needles or circular needle for forming the hem of the sleeves.
• Double pointed needles size 3.50mm knitting needlesx2 ( to transfer the wings )
• Buttons x 3
• Tapestry needle
