The grasslands cowl and hat set are fitted to keep you cozy and warm; the cowl in particular features a decrease in its circumference to stay close to your neck. The pattern uses slipped stitches for this look, and would be a good introductory pattern to slipped stitches for beginners. Sized for teens and adults, but you can remove sets of 4 stitches and 2 rows for smaller sizes. Fits a 19-22 inch head.
