You'll also need a cable needle unless you're REALLY comfortable cabling without one. The pattern (as all of mine are) is written for DPNs for no reason other than that I prefer them. However, those who like the magic loop method can easily use stitch markers to keep their place. I recommend working the socks one at a time until the heel flaps are complete. After that, TAAT makes good sense and would be easy enough.

Recommended Yarn: In terms of yarn choice, I'd recommend a solid color sock yarn with a nice tight twist.
