Product Description
The yoke motif of Drewera has been inspired by the diagonal patterns of wooden slats on the houses in the Gorce area in southern Poland.
Drewera is a top down seamless yoke sweater with saddle shoulders. There is a lateral braid at the bottom of the neckline. Vertical lines created with knit and purl stiches are worked on the shoulder saddle and the yoke simultaneously with the yoke increases. Short rows are worked at the bottom of the yoke in order to increase the height of the back neckline. The stitches are then divided into body and sleeves, and thereafter diagonal travelling stitches are included between the vertical lines that run down the body and top of the sleeves. The hem and cuffs are finished off with ribbing.
