DK Block Cardigan and Jumper

This pattern is for a DK cardigan and jumper (18-24 months, 2-3, 3-4 and 4-5 years). The design is a simple “block” pattern based on 4-row double moss stitch (sometimes called double seed stitch). The shaping is minimal, and the simple use of knit and purl stitches makes this design suitable for a beginner. Children vary in size, just like birth weight, so it might be better to go by measurement rather than age!

The smallest size takes 5 balls the largest 8 balls (50g, 125m per ball)
