Product Description
Devon is a fabulous lightweight blouson top with cable detail throughout and drop stitch detail. The shoulders and neckline are edged in moss stitch, to create a romantic, floating garment that is pretty and feminine to wear. For the more adventurous novice, Devon is a great way to understand how cables are formed as the twists are uniformly one way; for the more experienced knitter, the scariest thing is making sure you drop the right stitch to form the ladder effect! Knitted on 4, 5, and 6 mm circular needles. Tension: 16 sts and 30 rows to 10 cm square over Moss Stitch using 5 mm needles. Photographed in the colour Alpaca Light. Knitted in Purl Alpaca Designs 100% pure alpaca Fine yarn. A substitute yarn is shown below.
