Desert Air Scarf

lDesert Air Scarf is an easy scarf in DK weight. You can also try sport weight. It is great for eco-friendly, recycled, vegan or natural fiber yarns. I have been staying away from purchasing Acrylic for about 1 1/2 years now and I must say it is nice and I don't know why I didn't start that earlier! I feel better about buying more sustainable yarn. This is a nice accessory to wear in the summer since a big crochet hook is used with a thinner yarn. I tried this many times with different hooks and I like this combo the best. I couldn't find what the yarn was but it was a chainette sport weight yarn. I don't know what the content was but it felt like acrylic, linen and cotton. I picked the closest yarn for the yarn suggestion. Perhaps a sport weight in the summer and a DK weight for the Fall weather.

I also included an easy knit version of the same scarf with the same look and feel. Both are crocheted and knitted from side to side. I hope you will have as much fun in making this as I did!
