Dandelion halo beanie

The beanie is worked seamless in the round from the bottom up. The yarn combination makes it a very light yet super warm and adds a luxurious element, lifting up otherwise a minimalistic design.

Yarnsca. 20 (25, 30) g of Isager Alpaca 2, 50% alpaca and 50% merino with 250 m/ 270 yd in 50 g (shade 3) with estimated yardage of ca. 100 (125, 150) m /108 (135, 162) ydsheld together with 2 strands and 30 (35, 40) g of Filcolana Tilia, 70% kid mohair and 30% silk with 210 m/230 yd in 25 g (shade 136). Or any other similar yarn(s) to match the gauge.

Gauge18 sts and 30 rows in 10 cm/4 in with stockinette stitch on 4.0 mm (US 6) needles in the round after steam blocking. Adjust the needle size to obtain the correct gauge if necessary.

SizesThe pattern is written for 3 sizes fitting kids and adults alike: Small, Medium and Large to fit respectively 46–50 (18–19.6 in), 52–56 cm (20–22 in) and 58–62 cm (22.8–24.4 in) head circumference.
