Cosmic Cuppa Woman on the Moon Tea Cosy

The Cosmic Cuppa Woman on the Moon Tea Cosy is a space‑inspired knitting pattern featuring a cratered moon and a retro pink shuttle that has just landed on the surface. The moon is worked in rounded cable stitches to create soft craters and excellent insulation. The cables are knitted directly into the cosy, reducing the amount of sewing up and helping the cosy retain heat.

A structural support inside the top of the cosy smooths out the teapot lid hump, giving the moon a neat, rounded shape. The shuttle is knitted separately and sewn in place, with aquamarine windows that suggest the reflection of Earth.
