Chunky Color Block Scarf

This chunky, color block scarf works up really, really quickly. And it uses only one stitch so it is an absolutely perfect crochet pattern for beginners.

The scarf is worked lengthways, so once you get through that first long row it is plain sailing. And like many patterns that use a simple stitch, the color changes help to make this a perfect ‘repetitive, but not boring’ project. And you can easily add your own touch by adding tassels at the end, or by changing up the stripes.
