Product Description
This is my Chunky/Aran Peak Garter Stitch Balaclava and Beanie Hat knitting pattern. This amazing peak balaclava is knitted in one piece and can also be worn as a beanie. The pattern covers sizes XS,S, M & L so can be made for anyone from babies to adults. I chose Debbie Bliss Alpaca Silk Aran (now discontinued) and knitted it on 5.00 mm needles but you can also use any chunky/aran thickness yarn of your choice. The big problem with this balaclava is that once on you'll never want to take it off!
A suggested substitute yarn is shown below.
