Description: A children’s cardigan pattern featuring two cheerful penguins in Santa hats, available in both V‑neck and Round Neck styles. Designed to fit ages 6 months to 7 years, the cardigan is knitted flat with the front, back and sleeves worked separately and sewn together. A chart is included for the motif, and ribbed button bands are picked up and knitted.
Sizes: 6–12 months, 1–2 years, 2–3 years, 4–5 years, 6–7 years.
Skill Level: Intermediate – written instructions plus chart reading for the motif.
Yarn: Double knitting (DK) wool. Cardigans shown use Sirdar Snuggly DK and Olympus DK.
Needles: 3.25 mm and 4.0 mm straight needles; optional 3.25 mm circular needle; optional small crochet hook.
