Product Description
The Chainette Turtleneck is one of my favourite designs that was created using one of my favourite store-bought sweaters as the inspiration. It's worked from the top-down with raglan shaping. It's meant to be generously oversized, yet slim in the wrists for a flattering fit on all shapes. There is also some waist shaping so that it gradually becomes a little bit more fitted at the hips.
This pattern uses Lion Brand - Chainette, which is a category #4 alpaca-blend yarn. Any other category 4 can easily be subbed in for this pattern as long as gauge is met. Testers used Heartland, Jeans, Vanna's Choice, Red Heart Amore, and many other yarns in place of Chainette.
As all of my patterns, this pattern is size-inclusive with sizes ranging from XS-5XL; fitting from a 24" bust to 70" bust, depending on the amout of ease desired.
