Great for beginner knitters. Easy to knit doggie sweater from the Celtic Doggie Designs collection. Simple contruction, easy fit.
Pattern includes instructions for small and medium size dog sweater.
Small-weight under 10 lbs. Back length about 8 to 10 inches Chest-10 to 14 inches
Medium-weight 10 to 20 lbs. Back length about 12 to 14 inches. Chest-14 to 18 inches
Materials needed for each sweater:
worsted weight yarn- 2 oz for small; 3 to 4 oz for medium
Size 9 knitting needles
Tapestry needle to sew up the sweater
Gauge: 28 rows x 20 stitches = 4 in by 4 in
Instructions are written out for beginner knitters but charts are included.
