Cat in the Hat Newborn Outfit (0-3 months)

This is an easy pattern for an adorable Cat in the Hat inspired outfit. Pattern is sized for a newborn but can be easily adjusted by using thicker yarn, a bigger, hook, or adding extra rows/stitches. Hat circumference (inside not at brim) is about fourteen inches. The bow tie is made to be completely adjustable because triple row can act as button holes all the way across. The diaper cover fits size newborn to three months. Hat is worked in the round. Bow tie and diaper cover are worked across.
