Cat Ear Beanie UK Terms

This pattern is for a Beanie style hat with cat ears, or a Cat Hat!

Finished Size: This cat hat pattern is made in a single size and is suitable for adults. When made in Stylecraft Special Chunky using a 7mm hook the approximate finished size when flat is 25cm wide and 20cm tall from crown to brim.

You will need:

A “light” Chunky Yarn (I used Stylecraft Special Chunky in Meadow)

6, 6.5 or 7mm Hook (depending on your tension)

A Yarn Needle

Scissors

Tape Measure (this is essential!)

Stitch Markers or Sewing Clips

Note on Yarn: I have used a wide variety of yarns for this pattern including Stylecraft Special Chunky, Paintbox Simply Chunky and James C Brett Marble Chunky. This pattern uses approximately 1 entire ball of Stylecraft Special Chunky per hat.
