Finished item size This pattern is suitable for head sizes - Girl, Teen to Adult Ladies.
Finished item measures: 27cm length laid flat, and 9.5cm width (For an average teen / adult size head). 26cm length laid flat, and 9.5cm width (For an average child size head).
Equipment needed 1 x 50g/103m ball – Cygnet Silcaress DK. Shade 0300 Winter White. (You may choose to knit this up in a thicker yarn such as Aran if you want an even thicker/wider headband. Adjust the number of rows needed for the length as using Aran yarn will result in a longer length headband. Knit a tension swatch in the main pattern to calculate how many rows you will need. 4mm needles. 1 x 4mm cable needle. Round end small tapestry needle.
