Cable twist pillow cover

This interesting twisted knitting pattern set on a reverse stocking stitch background is not really a cable, but it is fun to knit and makes for an unusual pillow cover.

The “cable” is actually twisted with selected stitches knit and held on stitch holders then twisted over each other rather than created in the traditional way with a cable needle.

A four button closure allows for the pillow cover to be removed for cleaning or to change up your home décor.

Instructions are provided for two sizes designed to fit standard 12”x20” (30x50cm) or 20”x 20” (50x50cm) pillow inserts.
