Product Description
I received some gorgeous yarns in wonderful quality and bold colors as a prize for the “Warmth of Mohair” Blanket competition and was inspired to use them for a vest full of color, combining the hot season trends, fair isle and texture.
Yarn: Whipped Cream by Simply Sweet, Satisfaction by Simply Sweet, Merino sport by Katia,
Needles: 4mm (US 6) and 5mm (US 8) circular, 80cm length.
Gauge: 20sts and 28 rows in 2x2 rib with whipped cream and needles size 5mm = 10x10cm ( 4”x4”), 24sts and 32 rows in honeycomb cable stitch with satisfaction and needles size 4mm = 10x10cm ( 4”x4”), 24sts and 24 rows fair isle and needle size 4mm = 10x10cm (4”x4”).
Notions: tapestry needle, cable needle, read or clear elastic thread.
