These heart-speckled mitts will keep your hands cozy as can be when you insist on walking around the marketplace in the freezing rain (and will still leave your fingers free for digging out money and picking up cheese samples.) Fold the cuff back for maximum dexterity, or forward for warmth. As written, the mitts are approximately 8"/20cm around the hand.
