Make a super-realistic and playful ferret or polecat with this detailed .pdf pattern that is written in standard American crochet terms.

MaterialsWorsted weight yarn (Lètt Lopi) and an E US/3.5 mm crochet hook. 3 colours: oatmeal 0085 (1/3 of a 100-yard skein), sheep black heather 0052 (1/5 of a 100-yard skein) and a little bit of white 0051. For a polecat’s nose you can use the black sheep heather but if you make a ferret you need a tiny bit of pink for the nose. For the eyes I’ve used 8 mm animal eyes. You will also need fibrefill.
