Big Spender Store Card Wallet

My store cards fill my purse to bursting, so I decided to make them a wallet of their own in bright colours that I would be able to spot easily in my bag. I chose a pattern that is easy to work, but results in an interesting, textured finish, whether worked in stripes or made plain.

This pattern can easily be adapted to make a larger wallet or pouch. Why not make one to store your crochet hooks or other crafting bits and bobs?

You need about 10 m (12 yd) each in 3 colours if making the striped version, or 25 m (30 yd) of main colour and 5 m (6 yd) of contrast colour if making a plain version.
