Product Description
Aurora Canyon is a classic cardigan, fitted, with a slight flare below the waist. Cables and a pretty stitch pattern on fronts and back are flanked by waffle rib side panels that naturally create a flattering scooped shirt-tail shaping above the hips.
Sweater is worked from the bottom in one piece to underarms, with bodice fronts and back worked separately. Shoulders are shaped with short rows and joined using 3-needle bind off. Sleeves are set in. Attached I-cord trims front edges and neckline.
Sweater shown is size 38" worn on a 36" dress form.
Gauge: 17 stitches and 25 rows = 4" / 10 cm in stockinette stitch.
Skills used: Cables, increases, decreases, attached I-cord trim.

The paintbox Aran knits very well and although not finished yet I think it will be very comfortable to wear
