Atomic Sunflowers crochet cardigan

The cardigan body is a rectangle composed of square motifs joined together as you work their last round (guidance provided). The rectangle is folded lengthwise and joined together at sides leaving spaces for armholes. Then edging is worked along the main opening circumference and around the armholes. You can alter the size by adding or deducting the number of squares in the rectangle (horizontally or vertically or both). To check the size that best fits you, experiment with big bath towels folding and pinning them together to achieve the same shape.

Made of a lighter yarn blend, this cardi is excellent for summer to protect shoulders from sunburn.
