This is a Mystery shawl/capelet KAL starting on August 3rd over on the Criminal Knits group. It features fitted shoulders and a lace border done in Japanese knitting.
You will need approx. 350 - 450 yds of a dark tonal or solid color worsted weight for the main body AND an additional 250+ yds of a much lighter solid for details and the edge. (pattern gives more details on yardages based on size).
You will also need: stitch markers (no rings), buttons - up to 4 if you choose to use them and size 9 and 10 circular needles. The size 10's can be 24" the size 9's should be 40" or longer.
