Afternoon Mittens

The Afternoon cable mittens are designed for the knitter who has mastered the basics and is looking for a pattern where they can learn new skills (and have a lovely pair of cable mittens at the end to boot). The pattern is for five sizes: small child (age 4-5), older child (age 6-8), tween (ages 9-11), adult (S-M) and adult (M-L), with the length of the mitten and thumb being able to be adjusted to suit the wearer. Both a chart and written instructions are included for the cable section. The mittens are knit flat and seamed. The sample knit is in Paintbox Yarns Simply DK in 'Pine Green'.
