Acacia Mosaic Beanie

The graphic stitch used in this beanie is a variation of Barbara Walker’s simulated basketweave pattern. The mosaic pattern is worked by a sequence of slipped stitches while working 2-round stripes, using one colour at a time. It is knitted from the bottom edge up. The mosaic pattern is a 10-stitch, 16-round repeat. It can be worked from the chart or the written instructions. Every 2nd round is the same as the previous round. Choose a size that will stretch to fit your head size. It is intended to be worn with negative ease.
