Errata: On Collar pickup, in the Collar section, there is an extra 32 in the brackets. Should look like this: 24 [26, 28, 32, 34, 35] sts
Pattern clarification: You will be joining in the round after you CO the 10 sts in the "Split for Sleeves" section.
