KNIT HAT PATTERN WITH BRAIDED TRIM WHICH IS OPTIONALSee the photos to see the hat without the braid and with the braid. Very easy pattern to make, as my goal in designing patterns is to construct garments using the least amount of instructions without losing the cuteness factor!
Materials: EITHER 2 strands of ww yarn, OR 1 strand of chunky yarn (Bernat Softee Chunky)
This hat can be completed in less than 2 hours. Although it looks complicated to make, I have simplified it to the utmost limit, and included photos of the steps so nothing is left to the imagination! It is a very simple pattern to put together!
MATERIALS:
Worsted weight yarn worked 2 strands, or
Bernat Softee Chunky yarn (2 strands ww used in this sample.)
Adult Hat: 120 yds chunky; 240 yds ww; Braid: 60 yds chunky, 120 yds ww
Therefore Hat with Braid: 180 yds chunky, 360 yds ww yarn
