I am a huge fan of Blue Sky Alpacas Organic Worsted Cotton. Not only is it certified organic but it is very soft and there are lots of colours to choose from, with natural dyes available too.
This bunny rabbit pattern has been created specifically for this yarn, so that you can complete your bunny with only one skein. I used a 4 mm hook and with medium tension I still had over 10 grams left of my skein, so there is some leeway there if you work your tension a bit tighter too.
Keep in mind this bunny pattern is not limited to Blue Sky Organic Cotton...feel free to make it in any yarn you like too!
