**This pattern is both charted and contains full written instructions.** Friends are everything and more to me. They are my chosen family and are woven into my life in such a special way. That's what this shawl is to me; my life is woven out of the love of all of my friends who share my passion of knitting. This design is the combined work of my great friend Maria and me, and I hope it shows what beauty can come out of such a fabulous friendship.
