I don’t know if I’m an advanced beginner or a I don’t know if I’m an advanced beginner or an Intermediate knitter/crocheter (I do both) I do know that sometimes it takes several starts for me to understand a pattern, but I always, eventually, do. This made into a beautiful throw. The recommended yarn was beautiful and very, very soft. However, it sheds. I had difficulty with the charts so after several Attempts, used the directions.
Lovely soft wool , great quality. Knits beautifully Very defined stitching Lovely alpaca mix
Lovely soft and easy to knit
I am more than half way finished with the cardigan I’m knitting with this yarn. It is really nice to work with. Very little splitting, and if I have to frog back, the stitches stay put for getting them back onto my needles fairly easily. I have 8 balls, and have used 5 so far…all have been contiguous without any joins, however, one ball had 3 areas where the yarn ply became very thin and would break without much tugging, and I had to cut these areas out and rejoin to my work. The color is true to the photo, and is ever so slightly variegated, but overall looks like one color. It is knitting up into a medium weight, warm, soft fabric with nice stitch definition. The category of “bulky” is accurate. I would buy this yarn again.
This yarn worked well to make a felted Christmas stocking. It turned out very fuzzy after felting which was a delightful surprise!
Love the feel of the yarn. Tends to split when working.
