Ulla Sweater

This sweater is worked in the round in a traditional Nordic top-down, one-piece method. It has a deep ribbed rollneck and cuffs. Sizes are given as chest sizes rather than UK clothing sizes. This is sized “to fit”, not to be oversized, so please size up if you prefer a looser fit.

Sizes: To fit chest 75-80 (81-88, 89-96, 98-106, 108-116, 118-128) cm

Needles: circular needles 4.5mm & 5mm (plus DPNs for sleeves if not using magic loop).

Yarn (Aran Yarn): 50g balls (70 metres a ball) e.g., Drops Alaska (N.B. Alaska is known to be a slightly thicker Aran weight yarn, with shorter metreage than other 50g balls). Colours are listed in the order as used in the red version of the sweater. Colour A (Main colour): 11 (11, 12, 13, 13, 14), Col B (Mustard used in photo): 2 (2, 2, 2, 2, 2), Col C (Off white): 1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 1), Col D (Olive green): 2 (2, 2, 2, 2, 3), Col E (Wheat): 4 (4, 4, 5, 5, 5), Col F (Dark olive): 1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 1)
