Swallow

This is the pattern for a swallow appliqué. I do have this pattern available for free on my website if you would prefer that option. The link is down below, but I’ve made it available for people to download as well for $1.

I’ve used 2 ply cotton and a 1mm crochet hook, but you can use different sizes depending on what you’re most comfortable with.

• Any thickness crochet cotton or yarn, I used Scheepjes Maxi Sweet Treat 2 ply crochet cotton colors (201) Electric Blue, (106) Snow White, (393) Charcoal and (115) Hot Red. • A crochet hook, I used a 1mm hook. • A darning needle to weave in ends. • Blue thread to stitch the bird together and black thread to embroider on an eye. • Scissors.
