No need to be afraid of knitting allover rib with this classic raglan pullover. The knitting goes quicker than you might expect once you get into the rhythm of the ribbing.
Worked from the top down, short-rows are used to shape the neck while the cable pattern is begun at the center of the back. The body and mock neck are worked in K2, P2 Rib while the sleeves are worked in K1, P1 Rib.

Very very difficult to understand The short row section lacks explanations; you wanted to condense the explanations too much, e.g.: the cable panel charter is only mentioned in short row 1, whereas it should have been mentioned in short row 2 as well. We have to do short row a few time (15 times) and we have to addapt each of them with the explications followed, not easy at all. In short row 2 it's said M1 is it M1L M1R ? I thing all the 15 short row should have been explained individualy A few more pages of explanations would have been appreciate I work on short row 1 and 2 since few hours and I am on short row 3 now but I'm quite certain that I'll have to start again. I thing there a error on set-up round on the second line; k1, M1L, (k2, p2) I thing it should be (p2, K2) I'm a french canadian knitter and I used to follow english patern but that one give me headache I am very disappointed because I really like the model but I don't thing I will continue. It's not the first sweater I knit If somebody could help me it would be appreciate.
