This slouchy newsboy cap has a delicious leaf pattern in lace, a nice elastic ribbing and a fun detail on the bill. It is knit entirely in one piece, only two ends to weave in.
Size: one size fits most women, about 22" in circumference
Yarn: Madelinetosh Pashmina 75/15/10 merino/silk/cashmere, sport weight 360 yds (329 m)/120 gms, color: Betty Draper's Blues Party, in reality cap only takes about 165 yds/55 gms of the Pashmina
Needles: 32-40" circular size 5 US (3.75 mm), or dpns 5 US (3.75 mm) crochet hook size 5 US (3.75 mm)
Gauge: 24 sts x 38 rows = 4 x 4 inches, in stockinette after blocking
