The Scrappy Quilt Socks are a celebration of two fabulous things. Firstly, my love of creating designs that use precious bits of yarn, either leftovers or mini skeins. I knitted 2 samples for this design, one from scraps and the other using a mini skein bundle.
Secondly, these socks were designed to mark the 10th anniversary of our Bakery Bears video show! What a 10 years it's been!
The socks are inspired by half triangle quilts, and are so wonderfully squishy.
The pattern comes in 3 sizes and the instructions are both written and charted. The instructions are written for the magic loop method, but other methods can of course be used.
The pattern contains 2 video tutorials, one to show how I weave in the ends and the other shows how to pick up your gusset stitches from a garter edged heel flap.
