6-12 months, 17 inches (~ 44-46 cm) 2-4 years, 18-19 inches (~ 46-50 cm) 5-10 years, 20-21 inches (~ 50-55 cm)
Please use head measurements for reference instead of age because children's heads tend to vary quite a bit.
